What is it?

A Christian ministry reaching the people of East and Central Africa with a two-handed gospel, through Biblical community based environmental programs and resource development.

It is a non-profit, non-governmental program, established to educate in sustainable use-management and conservation.

Where is it?

It’s base is situated near Mbita Point on the shores of Lake Victoria, Kenya and serves communities on islands and along the mainland lake shore in the Nyanza Province.

Why has it been established?

Due to the pressure of people degrading their environment, the available natural resources are being speedily diminished resulting in impoverished areas and subsequently impoverished people and much disease. In fulfilling the responsibility concerning the first communion (Genesis 1:28) "…fill the earth and subdue (govern and manage) it." And again in Genesis 2:15, "This the Lord God took the man and put him in the garden to tend it and keep it."
