Why has it been established?
Due to the pressure of people degrading their environment, the available natural resources are being speedily diminished resulting in impoverished areas and subsequently impoverished people and much disease. In fulfilling the responsibility concerning the first communion (Genesis 1:28) " fill the earth and subdue (govern and manage) it." And again in Genesis 2:15, "This the Lord God took the man and put him in the garden to tend it and keep it."
